JumpStart International

JumpStart International has opened an office in the Gaza Strip to begin a program of employment and educational training for Palestinians.

 JumpStart's newly appointed country director and the organization's program associate are currently in Gaza identifying projects to quickly and effectively employ local people. Many of these projects will be focused in areas of high unemployment, estimated in some cases to be as high as 70 percent. Our programs of cleaning, clearing, and reconstruction will begin to stimulate the local workforce and provide economic opportunities. 

JumpStart has applied for a license to operate as an International NGO in the area.
